A note from me to you
Do it anyway.
Here’s the thing nobody tells you — courage isn’t the absence of fear or discomfort. It’s just doing the thing while all of that is still present. You already know how.
-
01
Stay calm when it gets hard. That heated moment, the one where everything in you wants to react — breathe. Your stillness is your superpower.
-
02
Show up even when you’re not feeling it. You don’t have to be inspired. You just have to start. The momentum will come — but only after you begin.
-
03
Sit through the resistance. That uncomfortable friction when you first sit down to do meaningful work? That’s the gate. Push past it. The good stuff is on the other side.
-
04
Train for something bigger than yourself. A marathon. A meet. A physical goal that scares you a little. Your body will surprise you. So will your mind.
-
05
Step into the arena anyway. Even knowing you might fail. Especially knowing that. The ones who stay on the sidelines never get to know what they were made of.
-
06
Be there for your people. Show up in the hard moments — not with perfect words, just with your presence. That’s what they’ll remember forever.
-
07
Don’t spiral when plans fall apart. They will. Life does that. How you respond in that moment — that’s the whole game. Stay grounded. Adapt. Keep going.
